The staff is nothing but personable. Yes, I had an occasion where an appointment needed to be rescheduled because they saw a person who had an emergency, but they offer the same to me if I have an emergency situation. All my questions are answered completely and as a medical provider Dr. Craig gives me some additional insight when I ask questions.
