There’s nothing even close to Baptist in this office. The STAFF is cold, callous and completely lacking in compassion. We saw a senior citizen wheel in his wife, who was crying and in obvious pain with an eye injury. He literally begged them in tears to prioritize her due to her excruciating pain. But they were cold and absolutely refused, placing her at the end of the line (8 patients in front of her) which would have taken probably 2 plus hours of waiting. Unfortunately, I am not able to offer a review for services as I waited over an hour past my appointment to see a doctor. I had to leave because I cannot see to drive in the dark. The experience was very unprofessional and I do not appreciate a business that participates in overbooking, appointments just to make more money for the practice, rather than caring about the patient. Poor business practice but it showed where their priorities lie.
Horrible office staff! Worst office experience in my life. Unhelpful , rude and nobody knew what they were doing.
Been a patient for years starting with now retired Dr. Hall. Currently have Dr. Bodenheimer and it's been a seamless transition. Have had cataracts removed from both eyes and all is good. Highly recommend this group. Dave Manners
There is nothing I can say that will express my extreme gratitude and profound appreciation of Dr. Bodenheimer's skill, knowledge, understanding, and empathy. I had consulted another eye center concerning cataract surgery. After five weeks wearing only outdated and weak glasses, I decided to obtain a second opinion. My analysis at Baptist Eye Center was almost the exact opposite of the tests completed at Southeast Eye Surgery Center.
