They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
