I’ve been visiting Dr. Bala for a couple of years, but unfortunately, my experience has not been very positive. I often feel that she speaks in very general terms and does not provide specific guidance or recommend necessary tests. There has been little to no follow-up on my health concerns, despite my repeated requests for a referral to an ENT specialist for the past two years. Great Doctor! Very thorough and informative …and Very Nice to top it off. Dr. Bala took over from my previous doctor who retired. Her secretary Tiffany is wonderful as well. She’s very friendly, always gets back to you and very helpful.
Great doctor. Always very helpful and finds you answers if she doesnt have them. Receptionist is great at getting back to you and they are always sure to squeeze you in if the matter is urgent.
