I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
