Dr. Sharma spotted my back issues right away. He was the first doctor who gave me a comprehensive treatment plan that I am confident in. It’s my ulner nerve pain and he helped me so much with it. I explained my back problems to other professionals for years with no such results. I’m glad I found Dr. Sharma and that now he is in charge of treating my back pain. His office staff is also very professional, courteous, and fast!
While Dr. Sharma seems to be a "nice guy", I can't say I believe his practice is a good one. They engage in a little game called "super billing" which insures THEY get the max. benefit from your insurance. They make sure you are always scheduled for your next appt. & at least one procedure before you are able to get your prescription. It doesn't matter if you need a procedure or not, you have to have it to get your meds. Also, the waiting room is often packed with people, some of them very loud. I’ve been coming for a year now & I’m thrilled to have found this practice. Dr.Sharma, Krupa Shaw & Eleanor Chance are very kind & compassionate acknowledging your pain & how it impacts your life, while finding the best combo. of things to get you moving again. During a tough stretch w/o insurance, they were almost even more compassionate in my frustration & limited access to “extras” (injections,etc.) It’s usually an hour or so in & out but, if you really need to feel better, it IS worth it!
This is the best place for pain management. Dr, Sharma truly cares for relieving your pain, not just medicating. I have suffered from low back pain for as long as I can remember and trigger point injections gave me 8 weeks of relief! I felt like a new person. You can be scheduled very quickly and fit in easily. The staff is very professional, compassionate, and efficient. I love how you're greeted with a smile in person and you can hear it on the phone. A lovely place, truly!
Great office staff and Physician and NP's are the best! My back pain was healed in under 2 months and my continuation of care exceeds my expectations.
Dr. Sharma identified the root of my pain and prescribed an effective treatment plan. I am pain free thanks to Interventional Pain Institute! The medical staff is very clear about the treatment, worked great with insurance company, and answered all my questions!
