I was really worried going in for surgery to remove a skin cancer from my face, but I honestly felt so much better after meeting the surgeon. His calm and reassuring way just put me completely at ease. He explained everything clearly and made what could have been a scary experience feel manageable. The whole team was lovely too, and I walked out feeling confident I was in good hands.
