I was scheduled for an appointment for a potential crown for the first time. She saw me (she seemed nice and knowledgable!) but said I don't do any procedures in the next few months due to a medical issue. While I completely understand, I think I should have been told that beforehand by the staff instead of finding a way to use my insurance.
