If it weren’t for Dr. moolani I would have never knew about the lump that was growing around my thyroid. He saved my life and for that, I am beyond grateful to call him my Doctor!
Spoke with Dr.Moolanis nurse .In my opinion was one of the worst experiences in my lifetime. Extremely unprofessional and uncompassionate .The comment regarding my deceased mother who was a patient ,was vile and unnecessary. Absolutely disgusting.No medical records needed to be discussed. A simple question as to if your office had made a wellness check ,a phone call(courtesy) an emergency contact was attempted (years of being a patient ).This is not passed over as grief.
