This was my second visit to Dr. Nguyen, and I already regretted coming back. I keep telling myself I won’t return, but the convenience of Costco made me make the same mistake again. The front office refused to explain why I was being charged more than a regular visit, and the doctor was very rude. The staff are unhelpful and dismissive definitely avoid this location.
Dr Nguyen had deep knowledge of my conditions, and was able to explain them, and show them on screen, simply and succinctly.
I've been seeing Dr Maggie Nguyen for at least 10 years and she is my favorite. She is personable, efficient and accurate in her eye prescriptions.
DR. Nguyen is located in the Costco optical, and has the worst, rudest staff out there. Avoid at all cost and go somewhere else. The reps in the front won’t even want to answer you questions without and attitude or face problem
