I had a very good visit with Dr Rachal. He is clearly very knowledgeable and thorough. There may be some truth in review comments about his style not being very engaging however we spent some time having intelligent conversation. HOWEVER if you have any administrative follow-up issues such as billing questions, you are in for a huge customer service disappointment.
