First saw Dr Jeffries about a year ago for severe pain in my toes. He insisted that the issue was Plantar's & not in my toes. At every office visit over 7 months he would put pressure beneath each toe eliciting pain, and yet, continued to ignore the obvious telling me I had to "go thru the steps", meaning his treatment plan for Plantars. Update 10/15/24: Had a 2nd appt with Dr. Jeffries and I don't think I'll be letting him operate on my foot because he didn't explain to me what the surgery entailed. He just said "we'll have to scrape it off" so I was left wondering what the heck was he talking about so I finally figured out he was referring to the bone on my toe. I'm used to a Dr explaining what the procedure is about and he failed miserably at this. I just had my first appt with Dr. Jeffries and seemed like he was in a big hurry to get out of the office. He also got a bit angry with me when I told him the pain in my toe was very prevalant before the small infection but obviously he didn't want to hear that I was questioning him. I wasn't in any way rude or indifferent yo him and I was very respectful but he was a bit rattled I'd say. I'll give him another chance, maybe he was having a bad day so I'll update my review this week.
