Dr Crantock is a very kind, caring Dr, so friendly, very understanding, has a lot of empathy for his patient's, lovely man. Highly recommended.
I had a procedure yesterday with Dr Crantock, while i was in recovery Luke came and gave his view on how things went . An older lady became a bit emotional on the good news regarding her procedure, Luke was fantastic on the way he engaged with her saying in was a celebration, i just thought how well he spoke with the lady & had to share. Thanks Luke
