I had an extremely frustrating experience with Dr. Luis Collazos. After initial appointment he just decided to refuse services for a filing (while he agreed to cleaning and exams) despite having a clear contract with my insurance. This was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. Typical horror story you hear in Miami where someone take the contract and abuses it without any consideration. Absolutely awful in every way. Takes you hours after your scheduled appointment. Doesn’t show up. Looses your dental impressions. Does an eight minute cleaning, (after the fact, calling it a “deep cleaning”, and not even including a flossing, let alone the standard anesthetic, for a deep cleaning), and then bills such a high rate, your insurance won’t even pay. So they bill YOU. NEVER had that happen any other place.

Excellent service. He was able to get me in an emergency basis outside of his normal business hours which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.
