Best doctor I ever had. Patient, thorough, knowledgeable and caring more for the well being of her patients than the time spend and money made. A rarity nowadays. For decades I did suffer with nasal problems, been seen by many doctors but doctor Ionescu solved it. Thank you.

I was hoping to set up her as my new primary care dr. I made this appointment because I needed one of my seizure medications filled right away. My neuologist has left his practice and I am currently wanting a referral to a new one.....well after being checked in, I was awaiting the dr, when another MA came in and told me point blank that the dr would not fill that prescription and that why wouldn't I go to the neurologists that I listed. Disappointed with Dr. Ionescu and Arch Health. Unethical billing practices! I visited Dr. Ionescu only once for my annual checkup. I wanted to take a referral for a blood test and TB screening for parent volunteers in my kids’ school. I didn't have any health complains. I was billed for level 5 visit (it's maximum) Billing center rejected to change code to preventive medicine according to my visit notes. My previous doctor left the group so I choose Dr. Ionescu. My experience with her has been great. She very detailed and listens. On my first visit, it was exam for surgery and I thought i had an allergy to food called, "A". She order several times including allergy test and it came back that I had an allergy to a different food, let call "B" which I was shocked. I actually feel so much better after avoiding food "B"... I am so glad she my primary doctor now.

We used have a same doctor for 15 years. When Obama care kicked in we were dropped by our provider. We were so upset it took a while for use to get over the anguish caused by this sudden change. After agonizing search for a new provider we found Dr. Ionescu. We are so happy with her! Everything about her and the service she provides is just superb ! We are glad Scorpio’s dropped us. Sharp treats us so much better.

Made an appt with Dr. Ionescu because I was sick. Looked up the address via Google maps and followed directions there (I've seen the dr at that location in the past). Arrived 15 minutes early only to find that the office had moved. Called the office, was put on hold for 10 minutes, asked for their new address and headed over there since it was only a few minutes away. Arrived, checked in, and the doctor refused to see me because I was late. Won't waste another dollar or minute on her.

Dr Ionescu if very though, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She takes her time, unlike most doctors. I had breading problems for decades and she is the only doctor that really helped me All pushed for surgery which I resisted. Same with my high blood pressure, I was given too high doses of drugs, Now with the meds she prescribed my blood pressure is under control with no side effect. I am not the kind that put doctors on a pedestal and believe everything they say, but I trust her 100%.
