The receptionist has no desire to work, very bad attitude and angry, because she works in a bad mood, terrible service.
I booked an appointment over a month in advance, I sent my insurance info, and I took time off of work. I showed up and they had NO RECORD of my appointment despite email correspondence and phone calls. Unbelievably incompetent.
Dr. Won, has been my psychiatrist for the past 3 years or so and she has been fantastic. She has helped me stabilize my mental health consistently with the right medications.
dr. won is a nice person but office procedures are unorganized. she calls you 10-15 min earlier than scheduled appointment time and does not use official video call platforms (just facetime for first appt and then phone call for follows ups). follow up appointments are very brief and not in depth at all. she also did not fill prescription info correctly causing issues at pharmacy.
