Dr. Loya is an excellent dentist. He is professional, friendly, and has all the newest technology. This dentist has a “magic touch” which means to me that you feel no pain. Amazing. I can say without hesitation that I would take my entire family to Dr. Loya. The staff makes sure all matters are paid by my insurance carrier without any hassles whatsoever. More dentist should be like Dr. Loya. I understand why he is ranked by Harvard Medical School and the Cleveland Clinic as one of the best in the country.
Dr. Loya and his team are the most welcoming people I have ever met! I truly look forward to going to his office for my visit! Can’t wait to go back again!
For many years now I have gone to Fern Loya for my dental work and he has always been nothing but honest about what I needed to have done. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted by Louie to the time you walk out you are treated professionally and respectfully. In 15 years or so, never, ever late starting the appointment. Highly recommend!
