I took my 11 yrs old daughter yesterday 2nd time to same urgent care at about 3:40 pm for her 4'O clock appointment, we waited until about 4:50 till Dr. Brown (female) walks in the room.After describing her medical condition so she tends not to be cooperative and trustworthy, When I told her that she had severe cough and her mucous is yellow when she spit but she didn't not believe me and asked my daughter to blow nose in the napkin and said its clear, that is so insulting to me, she barely looked in her throat like some mic... read more

Dr. Brown has taken care of our children for 11+ years. She is very caring and knows our children by face. She takes times to answer questions by both parents and children. She does everything possible to make sure your child is healthy and is supportive of breast feeding.

Seems she has not much experience in pediatrics. Ask for a occasional rashes, she suspects a severe allergy and forces for allergy test; Ask for a seasonal cough, she suspects pneumonia and get a x-ray done; ask for a constipation and she suspects appendicitis and suggests immediate surgery. Wasted time and money. Better find someone else who has experience dealing with common issues and doesn't scare parents for no reason.

I absolutely love Dr. Brown. She is kind, caring, and does not rush you during your visit. My daughter loves her and actually doesn't hate going to the doctor!
