I posted the January 24 review below. I am responding to the obviously fake review directly under this one. It was obviously written by someone affiliated with the Louis Petrillis, DO. It looks more like a paid advertisement than a review. My review is real; I am a real (former) patient. Louis Petrillis is the worst doctor in the world! He only cares about making money, not about helping people.
Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Not Really Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments
I do not believe the five-star reviews; I wonder who actually wrote them. I doubt that they were actual patients. This doctor was meaner to me than any other. He doesn't care about his patients, only about making a buck. And why does he make people wait so long? The staff seemed more excited about getting free lunches from the drug reps than they were about serving their patients. I doubt that the doctor or his employees have a clue about how to operate a successful healthcare business.
My friend asked me to write as review. I am highly suspicious of the good reviews. They almost seem like they were written by the doctor. I cannot believe that anyone wold say good things about this nasty quack. I had to wait forever to actually visit with the doctor, only to be rudely brushed off by him because he had another patient waiting. A waste of time that did not cure my illness. I went to a nearby doctor three days later who "fixed" what was wrong. Please go anywhere but here if you're sick!

I have been going to this office for well over 20 years. I know the doctor and staff very well and have referred many people over the years. I never had any negative issues and the doctor always has a answer for me. The head nurse is great always helpful with a smile. The one small downside is the nurse who takes vitals/blood. She is mean and miserable. If they get rid of her it would be a very nice experience.
