I went to to Dr. Lothar Mc Millian over a year ago (September 2010) and there was a problem with my insurance card. The front desk employee requested for day's service in full. I paid, and filed for a reimbursement fro the insurance company. The insurance company mailed the check to Dr. Mc Millian office and his staff cash to chack (so they were paid twice for my services).
