Horrible staff. This office lacks compassion, and is nothing but a run of the mill assembly line practice. I have been a patient here for over 4 years, and every time I come in, they don't know who I am. What?!? They even asked me if This my first visit because they couldn't locate my name. I'm out of here! Can't trust my health to this office!!
Office staff is not helpful or professional. Referrals take way too long and referrals that could and should be given over the phone are not -- they insist on an office visit even if patient was recently seen and referral is for a run of the mill health care matter. This practice also contradicts the recommendations of my insurance company as described to me by one of their supervisors.
