I wish I could give a negative stars rating! My dad is bedridden and requires special transport services ($150 round trip). We went to the location ON THIS GOOGLE LISTING, which is wrong. Once I figured out where to go, I called. We were going to be 10 minutes late and they cancelled our appointment and said we had to reschedule! It is SO traumatic for Dad to be transported---he can't sit up--and her RUDE staff said it was "unfortunate" for Dad and our transport expense. He said, "We can't take late patients." I would seriously give her negative stars if I could. I went in because my blood sugar has been incredibly low and I needed a blood panel test done. she said she would call in the order within the hour and so I could make an appointment with the lab. she never called it the order!!! I called 3 times before my lab appointment the next day and he said he was letting lorie know I had been calling and she still didn’t do anything about it!!! Very clean and nice practice. Dr. Blessing is really nice and cares about her patients from what I've seen!

If there were -0 stars I will use this rate, I'ts not fair they keep you in the room waiting 2 hours that's ridiculous, I suggest you try to find another place to go, stay away from here. Dr. Blessing recently moved to this new location. And she was mad because I was complaining, and she send me out of the room; but she needs to know what she needs to fix.
