I highly recommend Dr. Sanford. I have been seeing her for four years, and I am always pleased with my visits. She explains procedures very well and answers all of my questions. Her staff is very nice, and the experience is five star all the way around. Thanks, Hancock Dermatology.
I absolutely love going to Hancock Dermatology! Whether it is for a cosmetic procedure or for a skincare concern/risk, everyone has always given me their utmost attention. I always leave feeling better about myself and about my health. Dr. Sanford, her PAs and MAs pay close attention to detail, listen to my concerns and provide viable solutions.
I have been going to Hancock Dermatology for several years now, Dr. Sanford found a melanoma ( which I did not think was anything) I thank GOD for her and her staff, especially Grace! They are the absolute best! I would recommend if anyone is looking for an amazing dermatologist look no further, she is the absolute best!!! 🩷
Doctors are awesome, assistants are awesome. Front Desk staff and those who answer the phones (assuming these are the same people) need a lot of work on customer service and customer relations. Zero personality, zero smiles, no common courtesy on the phone. It's like you ought to be grateful they answer the phone....like they are doing you a favor. Hate that cause Dr Sanford is Top Top Top notch....I get it though, good help is hard to find.
Good luck getting an appointment. Full disclosure, and why I gave two stars instead of one, I haven’t been in for an actual appointment……been unable to get one scheduled. Staff was unwilling to help schedule one. My doctor insisted the referred me and they made sure my insurance would be accepted but the staff at the dermatologist said they knew nothing and I couldn’t get sn appointment as such.
