I went to his office on a lien. Got a bill for $400. I called them multiple times and told them it should be filed under the lien. They ignored me and the bill went to collections, negatively affecting my credit score. Right when I planned to get some private student loans.... One lady in the front office is also so rude she is basically evil. They refuse to get your medical files from the MRI office downstairs.
Dr Nagasawa is the most caring and kindest doctor I have ever met. He's been my oncologist since I had breast cancer in 1992, and still totally dedicated to his patients. Always up to date on current treatments. A joy to visit. His nurse is also tops.
He cares!!! He is such a loving and caring man who really looks at each patient individually to address all of their concerns. He has been my oncologist for over 4 years now and I hope he never retires; because I could not see anyone else they broke the mold.
I have been trying to get an appointment for days but new patient coordinator is never in the office and won't respond to my voicemails. The secretaries are not helpful and are incredibly impatient, rude, snippy and short-tempered. They make you feel like an idiot for trying to schedule an appointment. The new patient coordinator is worse than useless. Don't bother trying to see this doctor, you'll never get in!
He is just a wonderful Doctor! I'm a 2 yr & 6-mos. survivor , my last chemo was Aug 2014 & I see him every 4-6 mos. His staff (Jade & Alba) where exceptional. The whole office is caring, courteous & very helpful. I can't recommend this man enough. He is the most caring Doctor I have ever had.
