RecommendedDr Mayes is the best! She has seen my youngest son for the last 4 years. He has and eye condition that causes on of his eyes to turn in. She worked diligently to find a solution to his condition without surgery. In school they were wanting to put him in special education because he wasn't reading at his grade level. Dr. Mayes takes her time with her patients and explains everything thoroughly on how to take care of your eyes all of the employees have great customer service I'm glad I found out about Total Vision Care
First impressions mean allot....I have to say that it was a great experience and I really got the sense that my eye health was of utmost importance. It had been a while since my last exam and I wasn't chastised or made to feel guilty about it....I look forward to the next visit and referring friends and family to Dr. Mayes...thanks.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mayes for several years. She is interested in the total health picture, is personable, never rushed, and truly lives by the Total Vision Care principle. Highly recommended :)
I would have liked to see what Dr. Mayes could have done for me and my eyes. Unfortunately her office staff and intern were very rude. I will not go into details but they definitely need to work on their customer service and professionalism.
