Despite the fact that I made it clear to the scheduling assistant that I was only needing an annual exam. I made it clear the the nurse that I didn't have maternity benefits, I would just need an annual physical so I could turn that into my insurance to get benefits.I made it clear to the doctor right prior to receiving services that all I wanted was the standard annual exam, the Doctor proceeded to provide services that were supposed to be maternity benefits. I really like Dr. McIntosh. She is very thorough and takes time to talk to me. I don't feel rushed when in her office.
This was the most inefficient and uncaring staff I have ever encountered in Clarksville. They could care less about the patient and not only did they cancel my first appt with Dr. McIntosh on the day it was scheduled but they acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me another appt! The whole experience was abrupt, unhelpful and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this Doctor or her practice to a colleague or friend!!!!
Dr. Mcintosh is a wonderful doctor! She makes everything so easy and comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone!
Dr.Lisa is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is very nice, and explained everything to me in great detail. She even gave me a 50% discount because I don't have insurance. I called and went in tofill out my paperwork and got an appointment within 2 weeks...the office is beautiful it looks nothing like a doctors office. The office staff was very friendly and offered me coffee...it was great experience...and with only a few other female doctors in Clarksville I am glad to have Dr.Lisa as my doctor.
