I'm actually pretty upset with a lot of these comments , below people are saying that she is a horrible dr and her office is nasty and dirty!!!!? That is so far from any truth! Her dr office is so clean and beautiful! Nicest looking dr office I've ever been to and they have some of the most comfortable seating too! Dr Lisa mcintosh is very thorough and professional and if it wasn't for her I'm not sure me or my baby would have survived. I am so confused reading all of these comments below. Everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful. The office manager (Monique) even came out and explained how to get onto the computer to do the patient portal. I would suggest this doctor to anyone that want's a female doctor that is loving, caring, and experienced with high risk pregnancy. And, as far as the staff goes they added me to the schedule atlest 4x when I did not have an appt. but had concerns. And all of the times I have been their I have not seen or hea... read more

I agree with most of the other comments that the staff is very rude and unprofessional. I almost didn't go back after filling out all the paperwork and scheduling my appointment, but I'm glad I did. I think Dr. McIntosh is very nice and professional.

Office staff so rude on phone I almost didn't come in to complete the required paperwork prior to making an appt. However I went in completed paperwork and made appt with Monique. Due to her abruptness, rudeness, uncaring attitude and irritation that I was interrupting her eating, I called back and cancelled my appt. How is dr. Mcintosh? Who knows? One can't get past her unpleasant, unprofessional, rude staff to find out!

I never ended of scheduing an appointment. I was told they have a EMR therefore I had to come in before the appointment and fill out paperwork. I explained this we mean that I would have to miss work twice and that if they had and EMR then you would think they were electronic savey. The office manager stated that I wouldn't have to take off, just be late. OMG!! This is the worst doctors office I have ever seen. The office is dirty, and the staff is rude, crude and obviously the most horrible low paid in clarksville. No wonder the rumors are she got kicked out of Premier. If you want a female OB/GYN find another one!!

Office staff not friendly or professional. Office dirty with lab samples attached to the outside of front door in the baking heat. Overall, a very unprofessional gyn and staff doing business in a tanning salon.

Not impressed with the staff or the Dr. However, the waiting room was nice! haha
