I'm so confused about all the rude comments. I've been with Dr. Lisa McIntosh since 2009, and I don't have a complaint about her or her staff. She delivered my 3rd baby via c-section and did amazing. I wouldn't pick any other obgyn over her!
The comments about her are completley opposite of my experiences. When i first started going her staff was not very friendly...she has changed alot of staff and now I am treated great there. They remember me and automatically check me in they are courteous and caring. My experience with lisa and dr mac (her husband the other dr in the office) have been awesome. The experience I had with this dr used to be good (had to change due to insurance). I was excited to come back. Totally different experience. Pushy with trying to get consent without explaining what procedure she wanted to do during exam. Would not listen to my concerns about low progesterone and needing it sooner to prevent miscarriages. Lots of research on this subject, but her treatment plan is factor never tailored to you and goes against research for infertility. I went to Dr Lisa on a recommendation from a friend. A skinny, childless friend, I should point out. I'm a curvy lady, for sure, but not obese or even unhealthy! But Lisa made me feel horrible and anxious and like I was poisoning my son by being heavy. I actually cancelled most of my well checks because I was so sick to my stomach at the thought of her scrutinizing any more weight gain. She and her husband have to be the worst doctors I have ever been seen by in my life. I was sent to her after our child past in utero and they are the most heartless, cold, careless people I have ever had to deal with. I would never send anyone to them and hope other look into any other option before seeing either Mcintosh

The office staff is very courteous and helpful. Dr. McIntosh took the time to talk to me and help me understand what was going on with me. I trust her diagnosis and her plan of action for the best results. I look forward to going to my next visit. I have shared my experience with my friends and hope if they need a Doctor they will call Dr. McIntosh.
Dr. Lisa is awful. Shes cold and could care less what the patient wants, she only wants for your care what SHE wants for your care not what you want. If you decide to not take her advise immediately she tells you to find a new Doctor. Terrible bedside manner as well, she doesn't explain anything she just tells you "no/yes" with out care. Dr. Lisa was the best OB i have ever gone to. I had a very high risk pregnancy and she was there for me no matter what time day or night. She made sure i had the best delivery i could possiably have had even if i had to have a csection. She made sure all my questions were answered and i trusted her 100% with all my medical needs.
