Western Dental of Ming Avenue in Bakersfield CA is absolutely horrible.. They reschedule you over and over and give you lame excuses.. When you walk in . They ladies upfront don't even acknowledge you if your white .. sorry Rude customer service when you call... and trying to call and talk to someone is like talking to a wall .. wouldn't recommend anyone to go there... They suck!!!
I would not recommend Western Dental. Although the service itself wasn’t bad, I had a total of 9 appointments. What a nightmare of an experience. They had to reschedule me a couple of times because I wasn’t “showing up in their system” although I brought a card that they gave me with my appointment details. Overall not a good experience.
I got my wisdom tooth pulled, the surgen was impatient with me, he had NO sympathy for my pain!! He bruised the corner of my mouth from the tool he used so ruffly, I understand they need to get the tooth out, but he had no mercy it seems when I asked for a few seconds to gather myself togther from thr pain, but he didn't care!! Such Bad service , I felt very uncomfortable the whole time because of how upset he was getting! I feel he needs to retire as well with his age and rudeness and impaitance wad not needed! shame on him... read more
Worst place ever we have had to reschedule our appointments 3 times!! (Their faults) They reschedule appointments so far out! Bad communication! do not go here!
Had that appointment made for awhile. I was sitting there 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time and was called back just to be told that they are doing the exams anymore for that day. If I would put -3 stars I would.
