Don't waste your time here. Made my appointment for a Saturday. Got there waited an hour and because they couldn't confirm my insurance on a Saturday they asked to reschedule, which is fine but then she told me the next appointment time was 2 months out. Ridiculous
I went in a month ago with a slight toothache that I knew it was gonna get worse. I asked if I can have an appointment. They said it would be in four weeks a month so I said OK. The morning of my appointment I called just to make sure to to confirm. They said yes my appointment was at 1:30. Would not recommend western dental. Had an appointment scheduled and arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and still waiting almost 2 hours and didn’t get called, I just walked out because honestly that’s insane ..
Came for an appointment they can't find me been here before takes so long to get seen this place sucks don't fall for all the products they try and sell you. Always new people seems like a revolving door...
