Would not recommend western dental. Had an appointment scheduled and arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and still waiting almost 2 hours and didn’t get called, I just walked out because honestly that’s insane ..
Came for an appointment they can't find me been here before takes so long to get seen this place sucks don't fall for all the products they try and sell you. Always new people seems like a revolving door...
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday afternoon. They called me the day before at 4:56 pm asking about insurance because they’d wouldn’t be able to run my insurance on Saturday. I sent the insurance card, they didn’t run it because they thought it was my ID. Go to my appointment Saturday and the worker states they have to reschedule me after I am already there. Do NOT go to ANY Western Dental. TOTAL SCAM!!! My family and I WENT TO Western Dental Ming Ave in Bakersfield but they all work the same. We were scammed with services not needed costing us THOUSANDS of dollars . They don't really know what they are doing all they know how to do is sell expensive products and services not needed by lying to you.
These people really need to be investigated. This is so not a good place at all. We paid off the dental bill that we were making payments on...paid off the whole bill in full. And here they come with a text message talking about we owe. We went to the bank got every bank statement. It's sad how they are doing us and a lot of other people. They tried to play as if they don't have receipts from the times I paid cash but good thing I stayed sending proof through text messages.
