I needed treatment for skin cancer on my face I wanted to have the light therapy dr kugelman had me use the “chemo cream” my face was covered in scabs for a good 3 weeks I looked horrific the next time she wanted me to do the treatment again I again asked for the light treatment she wanted me to use the cream. I left the practice and found a new dermatologist

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this provider. Despite the visit lasting only five minutes, I was billed an exorbitant amount (which is apparently a standard charge). The medical documentation was inaccurate and included examination services that were not performed. Additionally, the provider was dismissive throughout the visit. This experience was so disappointing that I cancelled my subsequent appointment and will not be returning.
Like many other valuations on various sites by two and leading the practice because I get very little care and not enough time with this provider. I was to have my annual physical a few weeks ago which took four minutes and I’m sitting there in my drape without my clothes on except underwear and she said do you want me to check your back and legs in an incredulous tone. Like many other sites, my evaluation will be the same. I was supposed to have my annual check up of my skin which took exactly 4 minutes. Always ain’t a rush never thorough enough doesn’t give or explain a diagnosis or medicine. I will be leaving after several years at the practice.
My visit lasted all of thirty seconds. I explained to her that I had a severe rash due to multiple bug bites on the dorsal of both feet for over three weeks and I was very concerned since I am a diabetic of serious complications. She barely looked at them and just prescribed cortisone for itching. Went to my primary the following week since it was still not getting better, he assessed that I had cellulitis and put me on an antibiotic within days I was on the road to recovery.
