Where to start! The front end ladies have the absolute worst attitude. The woman that does the insurances and payment plans is never willing to work with you. The doctor has taken my insurance forever. Because I didn’t have the card with the doctors name on it they would not let me call the insurance for a authorization. Needless to say they were not willing to work with me at all. I had my baby with me at that moment in time.
