I was referred from my optometrist. This is an office that does not take direct calls and took me months to get into, they require you to leave a message and they will call you back days later. Once I was booked I was told I would get a reminder the day before. About a week before my appointment, I called and left a message saying I didn't recall my appt date and to please have someone let me know. Visiting from Australia, had a medical emergency Dr Libby and her wonderful staff fell over backwards to help me. Dr Libby treated me till I was able to go back to Australia she and her staff were so so approachable understanding professional, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you
