My family has been coming here for years. Dr. Lili is very knowledgeable about eye care and takes good care of the family. She does talk fast, be sure to ask questions if you need to.
I have been a patient of Doctor Li-li for over 20 years. She is my favorite physician and has never been wrong. She has performed successful surgery on me as well.
My entire family of four are patients of Dr. Li-Li Chia for more than 20 years, she hasn't changed since day one we visited her, regardless she's so popular and famous in the community, always so nice, explained everything, professional; more importantly, her office staff have never tried to push or sell any product to us, which is unusual, I was told from other people. Her son David is also a professional Ophthalmologist and as great as Li-Li Chia at the same office. I wish them all the best!!
Extremely long wait time. I got there 20 minutes early with all my paperwork done online and I was taken in 50 mins after my appointment time. When Dr. Lili chia came in she did not introduce herself. She talked very fast and I couldn't understand a lot of her words. She wouldn't give me the time to explain anything. I had a very bad experience and I'm extremely distraught.
