We had a great experience with Dr. Li. Our twins went in for a check-up and the wait-time was reasonable. the staff were courteous, and the doctor was professional and caring.
My visit feeling to this clinic is great, doctor and staff are very nice and professional, no long waiting time, I strongly recommend this clinic to everyone.
I brought my 5 kids to see Dr.Li. She is very thorough and took care of my questions. The office is very well equipped and well decorated with children's drawings. Kids like stay there even after shots.Dr.Li is very professional and has lots of experience to take care of children. I recommended her to all of my friends who have kids.
Clinic is dirty. Staff does not wear gloves or use sanitizer. Time with staff was rushed. Had ten minutes with the doctor. Total time in office was 87 minutes. Spent most of the visit waiting. Office tried to bill for extra time. Doctor attitude was very bad, as if we were an interruption in the schedule. Avoid this doctor at all costs.
This doctor charged me double the price I used to be charged at another clinic. Seems she is too eager to make a fortune. The clinic is poorly equipped with cheap facilities. She uses a kind of cheap thermometer that I have never seen any doctors use in clinics. My experience is terrible with her and I will never go back to her clinic again.
