Very good and concerned
Dr. Daniel Callaghan successfully treated my skin cancer. The staff at the Woodlands Blvd., Castle Rock were not as efficient. The prescription for antibiotics was not sent to my pharmacy as prescribed. I called the after hours phone # on Saturday and Dr. Callaghan responded to me then phoned it in himself. Upon removal of the surgical site staples last Friday one was missed. I came in Monday to have remaining staple removed and was kept waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appt. Dr Capin is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She knows me and keeps close eye on my dermatology concerns. However, the front office staff is completely rude when trying to make an appointment , checking in or out. They have mixed up my appointments several times in a row and are not accomodating or helpful in fixing the mistake. They are very demeaning in their approach with patients.

No followups on patients ordered labs. No reviews to the ordered labs to address abnormal values. Nobody return calls. Front desks don’t answer phone calls. Everything is rushed. Their documentation doesn’t reflect what was done in the actual visit or examined.
