Her staff was friendly and efficient. Dr Storey was pleasant, took her time, explained her diagnosis and answered all questions I had!
Dr. Storey and her staff are very professional, extremely efficient and always very pleasant. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to be brought back to see the doctor, and she is usually in to see me within minutes of the assistant completing the appointment intake in the patient room. Professional, friendly nd efficient staff. Dr. Story and her assistants take time to answer all questions making procedures and treatments easy on the mind. Knowledge and skills second to none. Quite simply the best! deserving 5 stars.
I drive from Tulare to see Dr Storey, who has been seeing me for the last 10 years. She and her staff are wonderful and highly professional. Intake was the easiest process without paperwork. Instead, the process was done by computer with the staff asking questions and recording answers. The whole office experience was based on, not only treatment, but education, with hand-outs to back up the information given and the home instructions. It was a very “comfortable” experience.
Everyone is so friendly and professional, the front office staff, medical assistants, and Dr Storey. They are very busy but don't make you feel rushed. A very well run office.
I was very happy with the staff we encountered from the time we walked in the office to our exit. Dr. Storey is very comfortable to talk to and non-judgmental. I felt at ease and confident when a goofy mole needed to be removed from my breast. The nurse staff gave me all the information needed for the proper follow-up procedure for my biopsy along with Rx info for my son's acne. The staff followed up the same day for the Rx's too. So far that is making a great turnaround, giving him more confidence.
Dr. Storey is the best. She's is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do and recommend. Her diagnosis is right on and she recommends the appropriate products for treatment of the skin. Improvements everyday, skin is getting softer and smooth. Her staff is very efficient, knowledgeable and capable.
