My first visit was with Cheri. She and the staff were friendly and the exam was comfortable and professional. I did not need to wait long for my appointment.

Smooth operation all along from check-in to setting up next appointment. No wasted time. There was some time in between different staff but it was reasonable. I drive up from Newport Beach time because I prize the treatment and concern I receive at Valley Skin Institute and Dr. Storey.
