The staff at Valley Skin Institute is to notch. They see many patients in a day but it seems that the wait time moving from one step to the next is reasonable. The Mohs procedures that I have had done to me are always done with the utmost care and attention to detail. Since I have to travel over 400 miles round trip for my care, I appreciate the way they accommodate my needs and my schedule. Dr. Storey is worth the extra time it takes to get there. Caring and attentive, she’s the best.

This was my first time at Valley Skin Institute. I was impressed from start to finish. The facility was clean and the entire staff was friendly. My wait time was very minimal. They got me in at my scheduled appointment time. I was seen by the PA Cheri Ponce. Cheri was very nice and thorough. She explained things well and addressed every question I had. I went away very happy and will definitely be keeping my skin care at this office.

Certified Physician Asst Jessica is always friendly, attentive & address any concerns I have regarding my skin. She takes the time to throughly exam my skin & scalp for any potential skin cancer issues & always biopsies questionable lesions. All the staff is this office is super professional & friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Story & Valley Skin Institute to anybody looking for great dermatological care! I am so thankful a good friend recommended this dermatology office to me, after my long time dermatologist retired.

Dr. Storey is amazing! She is very thorough and answers all your questions. She really cares about her patients, and has a great personality. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait too long to get an appointment or wait too long during an appointment. Everything from start-to-finish is run efficiently.
