I chose this facility because it had 5 stars and had been open for many years. I met the dentist and we had no issues. As I was headed to my appointment I called to see if I should reschedule because I was running behind due to traffic. Whitney who was wonderful with me said it was fine and not to worry. Once I am in the chair the dentist didn’t talk much which was understandable I had a bad tooth and we discussed how it would be difficult to remove. I am a new client here and have thus far had a cleaning and a crown. The people and service here are absolutely wonderful. I received a bill today and it was exactly what they told me it would be (something to celebrate in today's medical system.) The fact that they proactively explained pricing to me was also impressive. I would highly recommend Dr. Nicholson. (The lady at the front desk who has been there for years is lovely and funny as well.)
Dr. Nicholson has been my dentist since I was 19. Had my wisdom teeth and implants do e elsewhere because he doesn't do those services. We have grown older together. It has been a wonderful experience.
Very professional, extremely knowledgable. Dr Nicholson filled my tooth,"did not feel a thing." Office staff also,wonderful !
