Dr was not very nice rude short called staff several times to be disconnected to go to the bathroom from all the stuff hooked up was hung up on several times so i unhooked myself nurse told me antibiotics he wanted me to take was for a skin infection but found out it was to take to prevent a sinus infection nurse had never even heard of the condition for an antibiotic i was already taking really a nurse never heard of hs plus was told dr would be back several times no longer than 15 minutes and came back later than that plus... read more
My complaint is with their billing. My son visited the ER at Davis (Holy Cross) hospital. Unbeknownst to us, Dr. Greenwood billed seperately from the hospital and we only recieved his bill THE SAME DAY the collection agency started calling saying that the bill had gone to collections and was accruing daily interest. It took me hours to sort the whole thing out. RUDE doesn’t even start to explain this Dr. Went into Davis ER and he totally dismissed everything I said. Gave a wrong diagnosis just to get me out of there, gave me antibiotics which was not even needed. Ended up at ER the again the next morning (different hospital). He was rude to me, my mom and husband. If you want to be treated with respect & diagnosed correctly DON’T go to him.
Less than a star! Billing office does not even deserve 1. It's bad for practice! Never going there again and if you haven't stay away.
