Never, ever, ever see this man!!! I went to see him for stem cell therapy in my elbow and he talked me into surgery, which I did not want/need. He never told me about the possibility of nerve damage. Post surgery, I only recovered partial use of my arm as he damaged my nerve. He lied to me about everything and my life will never be the same. My decision to allow him to perform surgery was the worst decision of my life. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Mark Lazar Salt Lake City, UT
Like able but poor patient care by attending staff
THE BEST ortho office if the state!! Dr Paulos is a skilled and caring surgeon. I've had 3 surgeries, on 3 different body parts, in the last 4 years performed by him...I am thrilled with all of the results. He will take the time to answer all of my questions and explains everything so I do understand. He has also treated several other injuries I've had that have not required surgery. Those have all done great, too. I adore his office staff and the ambience of this office! Knowledgeable & nice!

Absolutely recommend Dr Paulos
I am an avid (6 years/5.11) rock climber. I injured my shoulder and kept on reinjuring it for a year. I was diagnosed with a torn labrum by Dr. Paulos. I was terrified of surgery. Dr. Paulos was very understanding and sent me to physical therapy. I became stronger, not better, and I chose surgery. I am so happy that I had Dr. Paulos fix my labrum. He did a great job-it withstood a car accident 6 months later. I'm very confident that my shoulder is way better off. Really, do your exercises!
Dr. Paul's is a great Doctor. I had him do a Mumford procedure to my right shoulder he has completely taken the pain away. His bed side manner is great. He speaks to you as a friend would unlike most DR. I wish he could be my primary Doctor. This Dr is amazing.
will start off by saying that I was a real patient of Doctor Paulos and that Personally I like him he is a nice guy but after he did a total knee replacement surgery I had to have a full revision surgery of the same knee in only 12 months. The original implants were misaligned causing the tibial plate to loosen. I am not sure where to assign blame was it the manufacturer Conformis or the way it was put in it was a custom made knee implant from a CT scan of my legs. The results are no income for
