I see worst than before cataract surgery. Sent me to Dr blem twice. Follow up was more worried about co pay than trying to fix there mess up. Canceled follow up. Planning on going see Dr Azar to see if they can fix lahaye mess up. Second time trying to leave a review..1st time I left one...it didn't post.
Surgery was scheduled for 8:30 but didn't get taken to the back until 3 hours later. Once taken to the back had to wait another 3 hours. The response was that they do all cataract surgeries first then the rest would follow. I guess the question is; why have everyone show up at the same time for surgery?
Poor services. It seems to get worst every year. I had an appointment at 9:00, still sitting in the waiting at 10:45 waiting to go back. I ended up leaving don’t ever plan on going back!!!!!! Also if you have to ever reschedule an appointment, god luck. They push you out 2-3 months however if you call back to schedule another patient you can get right in.
