Always professional care from dr., staff, front desk.
Dr, Novotna was so nice to see me on such short notice. She was kind and explained things very well. I gelt so bad that day and was so thankful for the entire office being so courteous and attentive.
She was very concerned, and pushed for me to go to NGMC for emergency treatment for a heart condition. Which we did. She even went and spoke to my provider, to let him know my situation, which I found very nice.
Regular PCP closed for holiday, was pleased I got an appointment, and very pleased with this physician
I love Dr. Novotna. I used to live near Toccoa but I now live in Monroe GA and I drive an hour and a half to keep my excellent Doctor. She is very conscientious in her care.
