Dr. Novotna always shows concern about any issues that I might have. She is very knowledge, but she has looked further into a health issue that I have to see what treatments might be available. She is the most caring doctor that I have ever had.

My experience with Dr. Novotna on this visit was very positive. She appeared to be sincerely concerned about my issue. She reviewed my chart as we talked. She made recommendations and listened to my concerns when I had them. I felt that we had a collaborative dialog and, most importantly, my issue with swelling of my ankles and legs has been resolved. I greatly appreciate the excellent care I received from Dr. Novotna.
Dr. Novotna is attentive, listens well, asks the right questions, does needed exams or treatments and makes good referrals as needed.

Dr, Novotna was so nice to see me on such short notice. She was kind and explained things very well. I gelt so bad that day and was so thankful for the entire office being so courteous and attentive.
She was very concerned, and pushed for me to go to NGMC for emergency treatment for a heart condition. Which we did. She even went and spoke to my provider, to let him know my situation, which I found very nice.
Regular PCP closed for holiday, was pleased I got an appointment, and very pleased with this physician
