In my opinion, Dr. Novotna combines the two things required to be a great doctor: (1) She is smart and very competent. I trust her opinions. (2) She demonstrates that she actually cares about her patients. I am very grateful to have found someone of her quality in rural North Georgia. Also noteworthy is Dr. Novotna's willingness to answer questions posted through the patient portal. Finally, her nurse is an excellent assistant.
