Rusakow has an unprecedented ability to connect with people and solve medical issues in incredibly personable ways. He is funny, approachable, extremely intelligent and trustworthy. His practices work and his methods have been a stress-free lifesaver for our kids and family's well being. Thank you for caring about our kids and helping them thrive.
Dr. Rusakow is one of the finest I’ve encountered. Our daughter was born quite sick and Dr. Rusakow was the rare combination knowledgeable, informative, understanding, caring, and even funny (which parents of a sick kid need sometimes). We credit him with helping her to recover and helping us to stay somewhat sane. Thank you Dr. Rusakow!
I have never had this level of trust and gratitude for any other doctor! Dr. Rusakow has improved our lives significantly by improving the quality of life for our son. Dr Rusakow cares about people, and has proven that repeatedly. He has made late night return phone calls (even on Friday night), as well as completely unsolicited phone calls, to check on how our son is doing. If I could give Dr. Rusakow 100 stars, I would.
Dr. Rusakow is one of the best Dr’s I have ever worked with. He is kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I feel very confident about having him as my daughter’s pulmonologist.
Our son started getting "recurrent croup" at 11 months. After 4 admissions to the hospital, ER visits, a tonsillectomy, esophagus dialation & multiple rounds of steroids we went to see Dr. Rusakow. I wish he had been our first stop. Dr. Rusakow spent 3 hours with us going over every detail of our sons health and diagnosed him with severe GERD, asthma and allergies. It was GERD the entire time, not croup. He started on nexium and was a different baby within days. I cannot thank Dr Rusakow enough.
Dr. R. was great. He really takes the time to go through the level of detail needed to do an accurate diagnosis and goes over the information we needed. He was a bit late for our appointments but it's because he takes the time to spend with each patient that is needed instead of rushing to the next one. Our son was diagnosed with a very rare lung condition called NEHI (neuroendocrine hyperplasia in infancy) and Dr. R. was on top of it from the beginning. We're very grateful for his work.
Ugggh, its an arrow to my heart, this incredible, and kind to my child physician doesn't have a higher rating. He is comprehensive. To say the least. Takes time, and notes, refers to the best. If it is YOUR kid, you want this doctor. My child is severely autistic, a former 20 oz preemie, so I know what a great doc is like.
