Best Doc ever!
Dr. Chang is by far the best Doctor I have ever seen. She listens to me when I have concerns and definitely cares about me and my health!
Dr. Rachel Steinken is at best ineffective and at worse incompetent. She does nothing to help her patients. Having mood swings, depression and hearing voices? Her solution - let's try a basic ADHD medication that does nothing for mood or psychosis. She has no problem billing patients, but certainly doesn't help them. Find another provider
She is arrogant, dismissive and prescribes recklessly. She lacks compassion and rather than treat someone, she's referral happy because she is incompetent. She prescribes medications that are unrelated to the condition of the patient. In fact, have some prednisone until you die because she only prescribes the same few medications for anything that is wrong. Will not go back. Disgustingly rude, uncaring bedside manner.
