Facility did not have the resources for a dental cleaning and I was not notified until the END of my appointment of this issue. The staff including the dentist did not seem to care about this but were sure to charge my insurance in full! Lack of professionalism across the board and a true waste of my time. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
I was expecting at least an hour or close to an hour evaluation as told by my primary doctor. That did not happen. I met with him for 8-10 minutes and that was enough for him to guarantee a diagnosis on me. I expressed myself and the symptoms I deal with and he disregarded it and never added them to the visit summary. I felt rushed and disrespected by the service here.
Dr. Hayes went above and beyond to take care of my situation.
Dr Kim is an excellent Doctor. He listens and takes your health care serious.
Went to have my first appointment and he was very inconsiderate of anything that had to do with me. Instead of listening to me he just went ahead and said what he wanted to say
I have seen Dr Bigby for over 10 years now. She is amazing!!! I now live 90 minutes away and still travel to see her. I am extremely difficult to numb therefore I have neglected to have some repairs done. Since seeing her she has been able to numb me with zero problems!!! If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dr Bigby!

Dr. Cheng is my primary care physician, I have been a patient of hers for several years now. I love her she is the best doctor I have ever had. I have followed her over multiple practices and referred several people to her. I cannot sing her praises enough.

Dr. Cheng is very thorough, listening to patient concerns and providing perspective in a non-judgmental, approachable way. I would trust Dr. Cheng with any health concern - she is knowledgeable, knows resources for patients, and clearly cares for the well-being of her patients. I would recommend Dr. Cheng to anyone looking for a new doctor.
