Dr. Marshall was very cordial, informative & thorough during my exam. He was open to questions & offered precise advice. I'm so happy I returned to Pearle Vision after being delayed by America's Best.
Dr. Marshall was wonderful. He explained everything all the way through the exam. My two favorite ladies, Laura and Kate are the best to work with. We have been coming there for years. We talk about our families and things we've gone through and they're always like extended family going back in to the office.
Dr.Marshall was great!! he thoroughly explained everything that was going on with my exam.Would definitely have him examine me again. I didnt like that fact that when I went to look at eyeglasses, I was a little irritated that I was ONLY offer the most expensive options available to purchase. Even after I hesitated, there was no" we have these options avail as well". I was alittle upset about about it and left. Ending up calling back later only to be told they do have other options. The whole staff at Pearle Vision on Rivers Ave is fantastic. They are very friendly and SUPER HELPFUL. Every person goes out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have done my glasses for the last five years. Check them out, you won’t be sorry.
