Dr. Lawler was excellent as always. On my exam day, the new front office staff were not very friendly. Their responses to customers were curt and monotone. It felt like they were being interrupted by the customers. I sensed some office tension (I am very observant). Today was a different experience. The long time staff was in the front office. Very pleasant. You may want to have the new staff take a course in proper customer service.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Marshall for over six years now, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is consistently patient, thorough, and genuinely caring at every single appointment. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushes through exams, and always makes sure I feel comfortable and informed about my eye health.
