Excellent service
There have been some changes with the staff, and so I saw a different hygenist than I have in the past, and she was excellent! Also for the first time I was seen by Dr. Kristin Kratzer (Dr. Lawrence was on a much deserved vacation). Dr, Kratzer was also excellent. Everyone is always so nice, friendly and make you feel like they are genuinely happy to see you.
The staff at this office went above and beyond to care for my family and me. They were both kind and patient with fears and struggles. Dentists are a phobia for us. I think there isn't a better place to go for excellent care and kindhearted service!
I have nothing but great things to say about this Dental practice. Everyone was great and they treat you like your one of the family. Dr. Kratzer is terrific and explained my entire procedure completely and the entire office staff was very helpful.
Friendly staff and gifted doctors...All procedures are pain free.
